Creating Access

This program uses the IPS model along with person-centered practices to support a person in obtaining and maintaining employment.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am - 4 pm

Program Description & Details

This program uses the IPS model along with person-centered practices to support a person in obtaining and maintaining employment. We collaborate with the Hennepin County Mental Health Center and Vocational Rehabilitation to provide wrap-around services to the individual.
