For people who are entering the workforce for the first time, or people who are just not interested in competitive job placement, center-based employment provides the opportunity for people to work at a Rise production location with the support of Rise staff.

Rise Coon Rapids: This program focuses on creating customized employment and community integration outcomes consistent with a person-centered career plan. It is designed for those 21 years and older with developmental/intellectual disabilities and related conditions who can benefit from Day & Employment Services. This program is usually funded by the person's county of residence, a Medicaid waiver, MA or CDCS.

Rise Spring Lake Park, CBTE: Rise’s CBTE services consist of a number of programs aimed at developing customized employment and community integration outcomes consistent with person-centered career plans. Programs provide job experience in an integrated setting and allow people to test out work environments to see if they might be interested in it long-term. Rise's CBTE services are funded differently depending on the program, but typical funding sources include Medicaid Waiver, County of residence, CADI Waiver, BI Waiver or Minnesota Vocational Rehabilitative Services.

Rise –Spring Lake Park, Sensory: This program is designed for people who have developmental/intellectual disabilities who are Deaf, Deafblind, or hard of hearing. We develop customized employment and community integration plans with people served and create person-centered career outcomes. Our sensory program is typically funded by Medicaid Waivers or by the person's county of residence.

Rise New Richmond: This program serves people with developmental and intellectual disabilities and related conditions through employment and other Day & Employment Services. We create customized employment and community integration outcomes through person-centered planning and individualized strategies. This program maintains approximately a 1:8 ratio and is primarily funded through St. Croix County ADRC, Inclusa, IRIS, or DVR/Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development.

Rise Forest Lake: This program supports people who have cognitive and intellectual disabilities in a variety of employment settings. We work with local businesses to create job opportunities and match persons served to positions that will maximize their success. We offer both community and center-based employment options, as well as other related Day & Employment Services. Referrals typically come from DD or CADI Waivers, Minnesota Vocational Rehabilitation Services, or the individual’s county of residence.

Rise Stillwater: This program supports people with cognitive and intellectual disabilities in a variety of employment settings. We work with local businesses to create job opportunities and match persons served to positions that will maximize their success. We offer both community and center-based employment options, as well as other related Day & Employment Services. Referrals typically come from DD or CADI Waivers, Minnesota Vocational Rehabilitation Services, or the individual’s county of residence.

Rise Oakdale: This location is for people over the age of 21 with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities and related conditions who can benefit from employment and other related Day & Employment Services. We work with local businesses to create job opportunities and match persons served to positions that will maximize their success. We offer both community and center-based employment options to find the best fit for each person.  Referrals typically come from DD Waivers, CADI Waivers, Minnesota Vocational Rehab Services, or the individual's county of residence.

Rise Cottage Grove: This location is for people over the age of 21 with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities and related conditions who can benefit from employment and other related Day & Employment Services. We work with local businesses to create job opportunities and match persons served to positions that will maximize their success. We offer both community and center-based employment options to find the best fit for each person.  Referrals typically come from DD Waivers, CADI Waivers, Minnesota Vocational Rehab Services, or the individual's county of residence.
