Our Day Training and Habilitation (DTH) supportive services for people with intellectual disabilities and related conditions are innovative, person-centered and flexible. We offer a wide range of services, including:

DTH Sensory Support Services
Rise also offers the services listed to people with intellectual disabilities and related conditions who are Deaf, Deafblind or hard of hearing at our Spring Lake Park location. People benefit from customized employment and community integration services designed to meet their specific needs.
Community-Based Training and Employment (CBTE)
Rise also partners with hundreds of businesses and other community organizations to offer customized employment and community integration opportunities in a number of area companies in a wide range of industries.

Convenient locations
Rise program facilities are conveniently located in Anoka, Bloomington, Coon Rapids, Crystal, Lindstrom, Spring Lake Park, and Minneapolis. We can also provide community-based services throughout the Twin Cities and Greater Minnesota areas.
We accept several funding sources
Rise can accept funding from a variety of sources including Medical Assistance, Medicaid Waiver, county funding and / or private pay. If you are working with a fiscal intermediary, we can coordinate billing arrangements with them.
